Standing Advisory Retainer

Production systems do not fail on a schedule. For firms running Business Central, NavOne, or a data warehouse in production — having senior specialist expertise on call when something goes wrong is worth more than waiting to find and brief someone new mid-incident.

A standing retainer gives you a defined number of advisory days per quarter at a discounted rate, available when you need them. Monthly fee covers availability and a regular platform health check. When a production issue arises, an upgrade needs reviewing, or a performance problem surfaces — the engagement starts immediately, not after a scoping process.
