Standing Advisory Retainer

Production problems do not wait for a convenient moment. A standing retainer means senior specialist expertise is available immediately when an issue arises — not after a briefing process, scoping exercise, and contract negotiation.

Retainer clients are scheduled first. When you call, we are already familiar with your environment.

How it works
Monthly fee Fixed retainer covers availability and a regular platform health check — BC, NavOne, and data warehouse.
Defined days Agreed number of advisory days per quarter included in the retainer. Used for health checks, incident response, or planned review work.
Discounted rate When additional days are needed beyond the quarterly allowance, retainer clients receive a discounted day rate.
Remote-first Most advisory work is done remotely. On-site visits to Jersey or UK offices are included within the quarterly day allowance when needed.
Priority access Retainer clients are scheduled ahead of new project enquiries. When a production issue surfaces, response starts the same day.

Retainer arrangements are agreed individually — scope, day allocation, and rate depend on your platform environment and likely support needs. The starting point is a discovery call to understand what you are running and what level of standing cover makes sense.
